Over the past few years I have had the opportunity to
study my father’s library more closely while organizing his originals
into the Clare Fischer song books for his publisher, Advance Music. I
came across a variety of songs that had been written over the past 30
years, but for one reason or another had never been recorded. Now finally
they have their place here in this collection.
Songs such as “Quiet Reflections” and “Bells” were written recently, whereas others,especially "Borboleta," were written decades ago. Each of these songs is like a gem that has been hidden away and rediscovered. I hope you will enjoy listening to these now as much as I did when I first found them and put them in front of my father to play once again.
